It's a real worry for me when a guy like Casboult, who the club claims "is flying", goes back and kicks 1 goal against a reserves side. Even if he rucked 100% of game time he should be floating forward and hitting the scoreboard more than that! At VFL level he should be dominant in the same way Hawkins impacted the last NAB game.

For me it doesn't matter if he had 70 hit outs rucking, that is not what we want from him!

I depends on where he was played LP.  If the MC wanted him to concentrate on his ruckwork then one goal is a reasonable return.  If he was played as a key forward, one goal is not good enough.

@DJC

Agreed, with Kreuz doubtful for the next several weeks and with Warnock also possibly injured, Casboult will more than likely need to play ruck more often to back up Wood?

The baby Blues are playing at the4 moment:
In the 3rd quarter:
NB 4.6.30, BH 7.7.49

Apparently we had a good first term, not so good in the 2nd.

From Christian Fillipo on twitter:
Quote
Whiley looked impressive that term, with 10 disposals taking his tally to 13
This to half time.

DISPOSALS: McGuinness 15, Tutt 13, Whiley 13, Byrne 10, Ellard 10, Graham 10

Playing in the main game:
Walsh, Viojo-Rainbow, Buckley, Boekhorst, Fields, Watson, Holman, Whiley, Graham, Johnson, Armfield, Tutt, Casboult, Foster, Ellard, Dick, Gowers, Byrne

Rucks looking pretty thin.
At the moment, Whiley appears to be the standout of the Blues playing.

Whiley 17 touches seems promising. Shame the Blainester isn't getting more of it.
Ignorance is bliss.

More from Twitter:

Another goal to the Hawks, we trail by 37 in the last term. NB 5.8.38, BH 11.9.75.

Tutt does well to receive, turn and dob one from just inside 50. NB 6.8.44, BH 11.9.75.

Monkhorst gathers the ball and snaps home truly, despite being in heavy congestion. @BoxHillHawks lead by 37. NB 6.8.44, BH

Graham forces the turnover in the middle, ending in Watson converting from directly in front. NB 7.8.50, BH 12.9.81
