At least Spock would sacrifice for the team - "the needs of the many over the wants of a few"

I think we need more Klingons... we need to add some physical presence and intimidation.  A few Borg in defence as well, although they lack a bit of pace and they can tend to be a bit one paced and lack a bit of flair...

What about the Genesis missile?

All jokes aside, Nimoy was a iconic figure in popular science and inspired many kids to take up science in the 1970's when he narrated the "in search of" series.  That is a significant contribution to humanity.
