Tom Harley Appointed Swans GM of Football

I mentioned this guy would have been a good get for us a while back and lots of people said no thanks. Well he is now at the Swans, shoulda got him I reckon.

Spoke to a guy at work who knows the Head of Development at the Swans. They have 60 (yes Six Zero) junior Zone coaches on there books looking after the NSW academy.

They knew Malceski was going but say he's just over his peak so its best to trade him now with currency. That's there model, get the best out of there players then trade them on.

Wonder why they are the best (or second best) in the league.
