First Crack showed Rankine going into the middle and stood on Cripps. Crows won the ball, Rankine pushed forward and got away from our captain who was right on his tail but too slow to stop him.I saw stuff live that made me think the game review will be hard to watch for some players this week.
Next time Hewett picked him up but then just let Rankine go by himself inside 50.

Fair points GTC...agree on Young, id be picking Binns based more on last seasons form and previous games this season rather than today where he was ok in the 1st half but quiet after that.EB Binns just look too small (thin) to me and doesn't look like he can go 4 qtrs at AFL level (we know AFL is quite a step up in pace than VFL).
Moir is one who I think will play better in the seniors than the VFL but he looks injured, I wouldnt pick Cowan on form and it would only be on potential, prefer Cincotta especially vs GWS who are playing a strong disciplined brand under Kingsley and as I said in another post I wouldnt want too many novice players in the one team.
With all our injuries we look a bit thin for replacements and our depth not so deep.....
His first half was excellent. Only had 2 disposals in the 3rd quarter. 15 up to half time and one of our best.Lets see how he goes over 14 qtrs.

Dagpies came out strong after half time and opened up a 2 goal lead - the biggest of the game. 11 lead changes. Very entertaining game.
Pain in the clacker to watch... I've got the sound through the AFL link and picture through Edge! Through the AFL link (Firefox is my default browser) it is stop start buffering, whereas through Edge the picture is good but runs a little slow... running both browsers together fixes the Edge slowness!
