Close game , gripping to the the end , still had hope until about 2 mins from full time. Much better all round than anything last year.
We also had players out, juddy would have been useful in the last 10 mins

who was that masked man ? or masked men ? - the ones playing in navy blue yesterday
 
i cant remember being prouder of those men in navy blue - the fact that in the face of adversity (juddys knee) they were able to compose themselves and continue makes me proud - in fact juddy leaving the game did not seem to phase them at all

even better is seeing the red and black mob being in the medias spotlight instead of us

I knew i should have gone to the game - channel seven coverage of game , particularly the post game coverage  was lamentable to put it mildly - we had to endure their carlton- hating commentators - but got used to them - especially when we came back - bur what happened to live player/ coach interviews / team song ?
The channel seven promotion of their finals coverage suggests that it will be good - ripped off !!!!

am going to the game tomorrow

reckon all the black and red players and supporters will be arranging the wagons in a circle, getting ready to take on the world - real us versus them mentaility

in this frame of mind they will draw inspiration from any crap our supporters give them before and during the game - their supporters will be wanting us to give it to their players because they know it will fire them up

so i reckon we give them no fuel - nothing - players and supporters alike
