It doesn't matter who we draft with our first pick, it will be a bloody good player but one player won't make any real difference, we've already seen what number one picks do when you stuff up the rest of the draft.
There are just too many spuds on our list, we need to start making our second and third round picks count instead of obsessing with one name no matter how good he is.

This and player development are our two greatest failings for more than a decade, and player development has gone backwards in the last few years.

I think if he was able to be a genuine midfielder we'd take him. Given there have been doubts in that area I would be hesitant.

Gunston and Darling type would be very helpful. Francis is a strong boy and touted as such. Jaksch will be alot better next year and will move forward.

Hope too Giles will be ready.

Hopefully 4 first round picks and the first one in the 2nd round will help......and we not stuff it up!

Watson hasn't been too bad since he returned to the side. Decent, and there's been alot worse out there.
