I have to agree, as much as I called him everything for his useless kicking abilities yet again yesterday, I think Casboult needs to be in to match up  against the Tiges.

He obviously can't kick, so let's just leave him at FF in the square - don't come out, don't run up to CHF, don't go anywhere, just take one of Richmond's big boys out of the game and hope we can snag a couple with his marking ability!

C'mon Blues, here's another opportunity to make a mess of these finals - no one wanted us in there for that reason!

This is Mick's chance to pick the side to win and coach the side to win.

If he does, then some confidence in his ability restored, if he does not then I have no faith in the pr1ck moving forward!

The game has evolved, we need footballers, not athletes, or some one big who can mark, can run, or can kick but can be turned in to a complete footballer to win a flag...those days are gone!

Have a look at the top sides, classy footballers, which we have a number of good ones but too many of these vfl types...

This is what I would hang on to at years end and the rest can be replaced if we are going to be serious about moving forward....
