If it was up on the coast I would say we will struggle but as Cookie suggested if we come with the same effort as vs Freo we should win.
The Big GC forwards Day, Dixon and Lynch will be a concern if they all play..not sure of their injury status though...ditto for Smith.

Cameron Wood needs to rebound after the Freo game...no use dwelling on that fatal last kick and needs to dominate this game and give us 1st use of the footy...

EB I think Dixon is in doubt and Zac Smith is gone for the year.
Reality always wins in the end.

Thats some good news Cookie and lets hope the lads can give Sheehan the gatorade shower..no excuses with Ablett not playing and their best ruckman in Smith out.

How many other clubs have 6 (7 if you include Buckley) of their best 22 on their injured list?

It is nice to see Sheehan and Menzel get a game, but there are still a few blokes there who can consider themselves pretty lucky to be getting a game. But surprising me is not what it is all about.

Two Irishmen in the senior team who have been playing the game for 5 minutes between them and we can't recruit footballers through the national draft to save our life.
Good luck to young Sheehan, I'm surprised that we aren't getting senior games into Cripps, Johnson had to get dropped on last week, it looks like Watson, Lucas and McInness are gone.
That's another two first rounders up in smoke along with Bootsma.
I think we'll win by a couple of goals.
The only thing in this world worth more than a hill of beans is the Carlton Football Club.

Why did Johnno get dropped, I thought he looked ok and is part of the future.
Maybe he goes up a pay level if he plays x number of games ;)

Would rather Armfield ahead of Ellard too. Cripps ahead of both easily.......
Finals, then 4 in a row!

WTF Graham as sub? You know I try so hard to embrace Malthouse but he just keeps on pulling crap like this. The guy is a forkwit, EOS.

Frustrating as that is, he's a much better sub than Brock at least.
