Pity it's at Etihad as I reckon it still suits them better than us.  Bolton's team defence has narrowed the gap but our forward structure is still fragile.  We couldn't even slice through the Lions.  We still have good prospects given the Saints' injuries but it won't be pretty to watch.

At this stage Silvagni in for someone. Looks like he's ready for a game.

He is the only player from the VFL team who played well enough to deserve promotion - despite still spending a significant amount of time on the bench; he is clearly being managed with care.

As he should be RR.

The other part of the equation is who would he displace?  From what I have seen, he is playing more as a small or medium forward and I suspect that Lamb and Wright are more than safe in the 22.

But are Everitt and Walker?

As a 3rd tall he's probably more similar to these 2 than Lamb and Wright.

The Saints back 6 against the Crows - no wonder the Crows' forwards had a field day!

Noting Goddard now an out too.

HF 41 Mitch McGovern 4 Josh Jenkins 21 Rory Atkins
HB 17 Dylan Roberton 23 Hugh Goddard 11 Leigh Montagna
FF 18 Eddie Betts 13 Taylor Walker 27 Tom Lynch
FB 19 Sam Gilbert 24 Sean Dempster 14 Jarryn Geary

Levi to kick 6 - break out game!

Dempster only 191cm - maybe Cripps at FF :)
Finals, then 4 in a row!
