This one has riders in it that allow them to have a 'fair system' that they can manipulate to gt what they want.

FWIW, if they took out their ability to manipulate the draw so that we could play bombers/pies twice this year they would end up with EXACTLY what i suggested they do....except i said it 5 years ago. The old site is playing up, but i'd link the thread i started.
