Storm v Sharks Prelim - A reckoning!

I suspect this might be a fiery encounter tonight.

The sound coming from 100K fans across the tracks is surely going to get the NRL boys up and about! :D

I had expected Gallen to play, even with only one good arm he could still use it to try and beat the suitcase out of Smith, Munster or Slater early on in the game! Of course if he didn't take them out he'd be a liability, but he's usually pretty good at hitting targets, some might argue it is his only skill!

The boys will win it for him... doesn't solve how he'll feel though. Reckon the storm will roll out a QC.

It would be an injustice.   Cronulla players gave Billy a lot if treatment on the ground,  which the refs ignored.

I'm a casual viewer at best of the NRL, but i've just watched the incident.

He's going to miss the GF for a 'hit' that would be legal even in our game. How is that possible?

Those blokes are supposed to be the rough ones, and they are going to 'steal' Billy 'all-time great' Slater's last game, in a grand final no less, for a try-saving bump that even the nancy boys at AFL house couldn't fathom suspending someone for.

Gimme a break.  ::)
