Title: AFL 360-Typical cheap shot from Eddie Everywhere on CFC
Post by: Gags10 on August 26, 2013, 07:54:35 pm
Just watching that wanker Eddie Everywhere on 360...just said Carltons 10 year pain from missing draft picks from salary cap breaches was more from the club being in total decline and effectively stuffed>>>yeah sure>>>Goddard and Wells running around as 200 game players wouldn't have helped at all plus the next year...what a tool...got me hoping we do slot in on 9th spot and play Collingwood and knock them off>>>>>>now that would be delicious!!!!

Essendon should be decimated...money fines mean nothing...Paul Little can write a cheque from petty cash>>>this seasons points mean nothing>>>>draft picks the key 2 year ban from 1st 3 rounds>>thats what hurts!!!

And that's what they're fighting over. They know draft penalties will hurt them. Anything else would be a light punishment.

Eddie might want to remind everyone how Collingwood scored Swan and Pendlebury. How they managed to get Ball at a huge expense. Call Buckley back under the covers Eddie. Your bed is getting cold.

Yeap. Evans senior would have told CheatFC many times that was the plan for the blues and to never ever give up those picks. He always knew the damage and ingrained in his club.

Eddie's comments were to favour a strong sanction for the scum, he watered down our issues for a good reason I can cop that.

The AFL need to be especially heavy on Hird.  At least 2 years, better still 5.  Hird has become a cult figure to those idiot supporters who still cannot see that he has done anything wrong.

Let's see, what makes up a cult?
A figure who dominates the local landscape but desires greater achievement.
A figure who perceives themselves without any sin and absolutely right in all aspects.
A figure who is adored by the stupid.
A figure whose followers are devoted entirely to that one person.
A figure who gives the illusion of kind benevolence but who is in fact extremely controlling.
A figure who sets their own rules.
A figure whose devotees see any punishment to be a challenge that the 'messiah' must endure.

Think of Hitler and Hird is a lesser clone.

Hird would look like Albert Einstein to Essendon supporters given he played with Matthew Lloyd, Dean Wallis and numerous other Bomber neanderthals.....
Eddie Mcguire would also fit those descriptive points...

That was my read to carrots.

Draft exclusions wont hurt them as much as ours did. Our list was in shizen shape and only getting worse by the time we copped our whack. Their side wont be winning any spoons anytime soon.

Yep and by the looks of things they have a raft of father sons coming through as well, starting with Neagle who is touted to be a medium forward and in the top half of the draft at worst.  If they are stripped of draft picks would they still be able to recruit him?  Probably.

That's the sticking point, if one of those players are preselected by another club the scum can't match that pick and they lose their FS. The original Neagle was sposed to be a gun be never made it BTW.

They could use later picks.  I was thinking of that yesterday, but then dismissed it on the basis that other clubs wouldn't pinch the FS selections.  As much as clubs hate each other they still respect each other.  Also thought if a club "steals" a FS I don't reckon he'd stay with the club after 2 years. Just my thoughts.
