The top 4 are currently as follows:

Hawthorn 68
Geelong 64
Sydney 62
Freo 62

Geelong play Sydney at skilled this weekend.

You can bet that Freo will show up to spank Port if they can help it.  If I were them I would want a home final and given the percentage between them and Sydney is small (1.5% difference), they might even be hoping that Sydney get up against Geelong in a tight one, because if they can win by a big enough margin, they might book themselves a home final, especially with Sydney playing vs Hawthorn at the G next friday which will be a huge match and go some way to deciding who finishes where.

Do members get a match refund if the Extraordinary meeting bans them today?
If the other clubs boot em, I will buy a membership for every club that votes yes.

Re: Freo v Port - No Hartlett for Port is just as damaging (if not more so) as no Ibbotson for Freo.

Now onto our game, I reckon having all this Hird sueing afl brewhaha going on is better for us than if Hird was sacked this week giving the peptides extra fire into their 'injection riddled' bellies.

I hope this game is on fta in Adelaide... last week we had the two adelaide games and sfa else other than fri night. Deplorable round with sfa games to watch...

Keep playing those kids Mick!

We can really slaughter these blokes and move in for the kill against Port who would be a real challenge if fighting for their spot in the finals.

Hmmm. So no chance of O'Keefe getting a run this season I guess. I wonder if that spells the end for him?

Two bonafide rucks is interesting, I reckon Warnock or Kreuzer wont play.

Warnock and Kreuzer in the same team? When will they realise that it never works. Kreuzer should be number 1 ruck with Casboult to add support. Kreuzer is not a reliable forward and Warnock can't do anything but ruck. So essentially Kreuzer is going to be played out of position for most of the game because playing Warnock anywhere else is a liability.

Kreuzer could peel oranges for 99% of the game and still contribute more than Bootsma.
Finals, then 4 in a row!

Don't mind Kreuzer in to even up the talls. They'll matchup something like this, maybe...

Foll:   Warnock
         Ryder

F:   Casboult      Waite      Kreuzer
      Hooker       Pears       Carlisle

B:   Jamison      Henderson           McInnes
       Hurley        Daniher               Crameri

I like those matchups. I guess you could leave out Warnock, put Tuohy on Crameri, McInnes on Hurley and Jamison on Daniher and have Henderson forward on Carlisle.

I'd prefer another defender, but I've been worried about team structure for the last 3 or 4 weeks.
