Crocker would probably kick goals in the seniors vs the poor to midpack teams and be a better bet than a few others as he is smart and kicks straight.
But would he succeed vs the better teams and be in our next premiership team?
My only reservation is that he has been delisted by two AFL clubs.

2018-Wooden Spoon
2019-16th
2020-dare to dream? 11th is better than last I suppose
2021-Pi$$ or get off the pot
2022- Real Deal or more of the same? 0.6%
2023- "Raise the Standard" - M. Voss Another year wasted Bar Set
2024-Back to the drawing boardNo excuses, its time

Agree, in that too good for VFL but not good enough for AFL on a consistent basis range as a player.
Playing more as a specialist forward these days unlike when he started as a mid.
If he keeps kicking big bags I think someone might give him another try for half a season in the next supp/rookie draft.

I'd give him a go but I suspect if we topped up it would be for a tall KPD or Ruck.

Just not enough aerobic capacity, was playing against opponents that in AFL are midfield sized.

The other bloke who played forward and rotated through the midfield is a better option in my opinion, Parsons. Not being able to crack it as a mid / forward at the Handbaggers doesn't mean you aren't a good footballer. He's not going to displace guys like Hawkins, Selwood, Dangflog, etc., etc..

Just watched the first quarter on Kayo: fair dunkum it is nice to see!

[1] Although we dominated the first quarter, there was only one listed player who had much ball at all: Setterfield. Setters got a lot of the pill, but he was the normal Setterfield. Not sure what to take from that performance, except that he was on Mathieson for a fair bit of the quarter.

[2] Our ruck issues will remain with us for a while. Young Mirkov shows real promise, but he doesn't know a lot about the caper. Give him a couple of seasons and he could be a weapon. However, at the moment, he has real limitations in what he knows how to do.

[3] Crocker was very good, and he did something few Carlton forward do well: he leads. He played on Cockatoo and tore him a new one. Cockatoo had no idea how to be a defender.

[4] Our disposal this week was very good, and mostly from the VFL types. if the seniors could dispose of the ball like that, we would have beaten Brisbane easily last night.

[5] Radovanovic (71) continued to impress after last week. He isn't the tallest, but he positions himself well and moves the ball on as quickly as he can. I was impressed.

[6] Wooller had a really good game, managing to get space, taking some strong marks and kicking well. I really liked his game.

[7] Brisbane were a rabble. They had more AFL experience out there than we did, but they did very little. Their mistakes we fed on, and we fed well.

Captain CRASH, come the mid-season draft are we allowed to rookie any VFL listed player? Or only CFC listed VFL players?
Only our ruthless best, from Board to bootstudders will get us no. 17

Didnt we draft Deluca (WAFL) in the midseason draft? Richmond took Pickett. I reckon its anyone.

Only players who nominated for the draft the following year.
Doesn't matter if the play for Carlton, Brisbane or Bundalong 3rds.

Kayo is useless if you dont have an andriod tv which is the case for me

If you have a laptop you can connect it to the TV via HDMI and then watch it via the website.
Signed up for the free yesterday to watch the VFL side.

The AFL app, yeah.

Have you tried it with Kayo though?

Personally I haven't owned an apple product in my life and don't intend too.
Ditto, I like apples but not the tech variety and have never owned a apple device.

I have always owned iPhones, easy to use. I have both a MacBook Pro and Windows based machine, IMO the Mac eats the windows machines for breakfast. My BIL the tight ass bought my MIL and android version of the iPad, its a dead set piece of junk.

I use them all, they are fine, the problem is most don't spend time to learn how each type of device works.

In the end once you get your HD Kayo by any means, it's fine, it works, it doesn't matter if it's Apple, Microsoft or Google hardware doing the grunt work!

I'm a Windows man, you can get into the system a bit more and being into elec/electronics I like to tinker plus there is just more software around to make your life a bit interesting. I also like Desktops more as well and get my my son in laws hand me down gaming boxes which are quick and tricked up.
Macs are over priced and the service side of things is expensive as well, I walk past the Mac shop at Doncaster Shoppo and cringe at the masses of people lined up to either buy or get a mac device repaired.
