I think this is going to be ANOTHER nail-biter.

Do we have another option for Stephenson?

Has Newnes won us over yet?? Very good first half. We have 2 strong wingers.

agreed he needs to play  every week for the rest of the year
Agree.

Dow looking good too. So pleased we came back then, as had a flat period.

Feeling confident now, didn’t earlier!

While Pittonet is going OK when in the ruck he gives us nothing down forward when he changes with TDK. I'd ruck TDK from here and rest him off the bench with Pitt. Stephenson worries me. Can Doc go with him? I don't know but Plowman can't stay on him. Bloody hell I just wish we could blow them away in the 3rd and cruise the last.

We have more upside still to call on than they have. We are also working Grundy over very well.

Martin, Gibbons, Dow all need to do more, along with Levi and Big Harry and backs need to tighten up.

We ebbed and flowed a bit in first half. When we're in control we look every bit as good as the pies.

Stephenson is a tricky match up with his speed and our lack of speed. Thank goodness for the solid brigade down back.

Eddie's had a cracker game so far, as has Murphy. Setters is winning some important inside contests. His disposal is impressive, getting it to our advantage I.e Walsh, Ed, Gibbo. Crippa seems to have adjusted following a quiet q.

TDK is looking like a very unique ruckman. Hope he continues to develop his own brand, coz it's super exciting. Oh, and umpiring 👌

Keep it up BLUES.

I identified Stephenson as the one matchup issue before the game, and plenty of others have started to agree with me.

We need to find a better matchup for him, because it'll come back to bite us if we don't. He can kick a few and quickly.

9 day break.... should favour our second half
