Australia has won five gold medals at the pool and velodrome as the women's 100m freestyle relay smashed the world record on the first day of competition at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
The combination of Emma McKeon, Melanie Schlanger, Bronte and Cate Campbell won gold in a time of 3.30.98, beating the previous world record of 3.31.72.

Not normally case. Normally you go alot faster when someone is pushing you.
If you're talking the pressure aspect well this team won in London and for a smaller country swimming in this country on a world level has been nothing short of outstanding.

For a small country that continually gets 35-45 medals at the Olympics they don't do bad at world level either.
