Frees 22-12 their way. Thats as lopsided as I have seen.
2017-16th
2018-Wooden Spoon
2019-16th
2020-dare to dream? 11th is better than last I suppose
2021-Pi$$ or get off the pot
2022- Real Deal or more of the same? 0.6%
2023- "Raise the Standard" - M. Voss Another year wasted Bar Set
2024-Back to the drawing boardNo excuses, its time

Special mention to SOS today, thought he did some really good things today. He and The Tractor added some much needed grunt and kent.

A really important result for club, coach, players and supporters.
The win and the 100 points.
Got a bit teary when the supporters started singing the song a few minutes from the end.

There's a world of difference between the feelings after an 'honorable loss' and a 'win'

Full credit to Bolton.
Good to see him down amongst the players mid way through the terms too.

Drats, only 15pts short of my prediction of a 10+gls win  ;) ;) In all seriousness, just felt it in the gut, a big win.

Amazing what happens when everyone is on the same page and there's mongrel persistence at the aggott/opponent.

Congratulations all concerned on a richly deserved win... and a big win, none of this narrow stuff. At the risk of sounding monotonous, this is what this group needed - to dish out a hiding.

Now to build on that.

TBH I got abit teary when Crippa hugged the little man on the ground. It was very emotional and a tremendous show of support for a man under siege.

All player effort aside, gotta give kudos to Bolton and the coaching side.

After last week there was a problem identified - a disconnect between mids and forwards.
They've obviously worked hard on it all week, not only had they improved upon it, they smashed it. First time since 2016 we've kicked the 100 points.

Have patience bluebaggers.

We have all the ingredients, we've mixed them all together.
The cake is in the oven, now we just wait for it to rise.

X 100 Couldn't agree more.
PS. Nice jag with the final scoreline Kruddler????

I thought it would be much closer with such a contested ball opponent. But along came Samo with his mates Crippa, Fisher, Walshy, and Murph in particular. Many more contributors though. So thats what an even spread can result in ????

Happy Easter to those so inclined. I for one am so high I don't need chocolate, for at least 3 hours anyway.
Pure pleasure from watching that game.

That's how the doggies got a look in after the 62 yr (or whatever) drought ????

Ok. My turn... I got teary when every player or coach hugged any other player or coach.
Oh that winning feeling.
Hope they all get a big, we'll deserved, long lasting lift from it.
Tremendous.

Break-out game for SPS and H... both played with focus, authority and impact.

Thought SOJ was important... did some very good things at critical moments.

Gibbons continues to grow.

Polson the only real passenger.

Paddy Dow showed important stuff also... kicking improved but needs more.

ZF was also great and showed some fancy and effective weaving and footy smarts.

Forwards attacked the player approaching with the ball, demanding they be used.

Notice BB kept his addresses short...

Now to back it up.

Had to laugh. When I suggested we'd win big to Mrs Baggers yesterday and earlier today, she said, "trust your gut and put some money on it." So I said I'd put $50 on us to win by 39+pts.

I forgot to put on the bet.

Mrs Baggers found out how much we'd have won if I'd put on the bet.

It's going to be a long Easter.

Special mention to SOS today.

Give the kid a haircut and a bit of muscle and he suddenly looks like a footballer with some authority. (Looked a lot like the old man at times....)
