Was dreading it as I booked my flights in Feb.

My best mate is a Hawk. Would've gone except i'm committed next weekend. Thought about the boat but I would've been smashed by the time I was there...lol.

The disposal efficiency was a feature today.

Samo 35 disposals at almost 90% efficiency.

Walsh 26 at 92%

SOS 18 at 89%

Fisher 28 at 86%

I can't remember the last time we saw numbers like that.

H - 20 disposals and 4 goals. Absolutely brilliant. He's gone well past Curnow this year. Shame we couldn't see both at their best. That would be scarey.

Kreuzer's influence is immense. Lobbe in particular is so immobile by comparison. Countless times there today K just made the chase or applied the pressure where it would have been a walk into the F50 for the opposition. English might have looked good on the stats sheet but had little influence.

I've been in the habit of dreading all CFC games for some time.

That stadium in Tassie is a bit of a fortress for the Hawks, as I understand it.

Raydan reckons the crowds are 50-50 And they're only that because they have membership access and we have been crap.

I see. What is the Hawks W/L record down there ? Pretty good I believe.

Had to laugh. When I suggested we'd win big to Mrs Baggers yesterday and earlier today, she said, "trust your gut and put some money on it." So I said I'd put $50 on us to win by 39+pts.

I forgot to put on the bet.

Mrs Baggers found out how much we'd have won if I'd put on the bet.

It's going to be a long Easter.
;D ;D

It was 50/50 on the Gold Coast last week.
We have a lot of interstate support.

Bloody spell check. Long time between drinks and time for another spin. Yes. When we win I celebrate and do it at full pace.  :)) ;)

Give the kid a haircut and a bit of muscle and he suddenly looks like a footballer with some authority. (Looked a lot like the old man at times....)
Gotta say, I did wonder what the reasoning behind the buzz cut would be.
2017-16th
2018-Wooden Spoon
2019-16th
2020-dare to dream? 11th is better than last I suppose
2021-Pi$$ or get off the pot
2022- Real Deal or more of the same? 0.6%
2023- "Raise the Standard" - M. Voss Another year wasted Bar Set
2024-Back to the drawing boardNo excuses, its time
