Having a crack but the skills aren't there, fumbles, missed handballs, missed tackles, scrubby kicks.
It's a hamburger with the lot.

I hope the Dogs don't turn things around and make the most of their opportunities. We should be at least a couple of goals further in front ATM. Happy to be leading, but we need to think before we kick.

Casboult very disappointing dropping two marks.

Armfield would be BOG had he kicked straight.

Hendo can't pay key position players 600k+ if they can't take a mark.

Quite a few of our boys are down yet amazingly we still lead. Would be a great win if we could pull it off.

Tuohy good Buckley ,jamo all good on ballers breaking even just need better entry's and the forward line to open up and get on the move nothing worse than looking down the ground and everyone standing still or all together

Buckley might be a tiny kid, but there is so much to like about him. ;)

Army it isn't soccer. Get your head in order and you could win the game for us.

Levi, wake up and stop napping.

Disposal skills & decision-making are what is cruelling us in this match, completely outplayed them yet only just have our noses in front.

Casboult is on another planet, dropping easy marks and his kicking has gone backwards tonight. Armfield has had plenty of it yet has not been able to finish off, tends to get a rush of blood to the head right at the key moment and fizzles it. Buckley has been strong and thankfully has not rested on his laurels after that incredible first quarter goal. Kreuzer once again shows why the value of a competent ruckman cannot be underestimated, he has been great.

Was quite concerned when Cripps went off early with a knock to the knee, nearly broke the TV when Wood & Casboult did their Benny Hill impersonation.

4.11 to 3/4 time, very poor return !!

Forward-line was non-existent in that quarter, teamwork & intensity has dropped off markedly too. Looks like the Barker honeymoon period phase has worn off.

Must fight it out in the last, don't care about the result, just want to see the effort .... from everyone !!

Ps - when did they change the holding the ball rule?  Seems the dogs are allowed to hold it for as long as they want, when tackled

We didn't look hungry enough for a victory. Minson killed us. Shots on goal was shocking. We actually went back to Malthouse style footy tonight. I had to check to see who was in the coaching box. Levi was way off. Armfield needs corrective lenses. Missed Gibbs and Carrazzo a lot.

That last quarter he made no effort to get to the ball even when it was a couple of meters away. Let Dogs players run past him while he jogged.

Watched him in one of the U/18 matches last year for SA and he had the ball on a string !! It was always going to be the issue of his height whether he would get drafted and a lot of clubs passed on him, showed tonight that he has all the skills to be a long-term player.

If we were 3 goals up at half time like we should've been I think we come out with a different mindset after the break.

Awful game but they are in the top 8 with and 8-5 record. Equal with Collingwood and Richmond, and a game off top 4. We were grossly undermanned and could well have won, so it's hard to know what to make out of the game. We looked crappy but lost by only 11 pts. Thought we were due for a "non-switched on" game. As long as it's only one game.

I thought Yarran was OK.  He has definitely pulled back from the run and carry game that is his trademark and seems to be focusing on his delivery - but he still missed a couple of targets.  He did cop a stinger but we really need him to be ripping it up.  I suspect he is not 100%
