It's a crude version of supercoach. You have a set cap and you can allocate that as you see fit. Short version, you can't have too many aflw players in the one team.

You may also like to know that the AFL website has finally uploaded a fixture for the VFLW. Progress. As fas as I can tell, there's no team lists or update scores as yet.
