Very happy with the team performance, if we play like that all the time we'll win more than we lose. If you look at who we had missing from today we were just about full strength so we were entitled to beat Gold Coast, but we got the job done and did it easily so we shouldn't complain. This is a good football team and there are two or three in the VFL who will make it better in the next year or so, there's reason to believe.
Wow two games back off a long layoff and Carrazzo is a weakness that needs to be replaced?
I think it's the worst game I've seen Carratts play for 6 or 8 years, I rate him highly and I'll cut him some slack but he needs to lift big time on that effort.
I think this group has lost it between the ears and with the admin talking about the list and suggesting a number of players aren't good enough isn't gunna help. I can't see us winning another game but I hope I'm very wrong
We'll win some more games but I agree that our head space is shot, we looked dazed and confused last Friday night. I'm just hoping for Saturday night, it depends which team turns up.
Yes, Judd is still our best player, and that is a bit sad as I reckon that Murphy, Gibbs and even Yarran have had time to go past him, if they ever were or will.
I hate using the word, but "potentially" Yarran is our best player. He's got it all when it comes to skill and athletic ability, he's one of a rare breed who can make the difficult look easy but we all know it takes more than talent to make a champion. I'm still hopeful.
Judd isn't the player he was, these days he's become a crash and bash workhorse although a very good one, at his peak he was a game breaker. At his best Murphy is our most dangerous player.
That was an issue with the Gmail account I set up for registration purposes. Google or Gmail admin decided the account was sending out too many emails and marked it as a spam account therefore blocking all outgoing emails, hence why some of you never received it.
I have since set up an alternative email server to get around the problem.
For those of you who haven't received a registration email, I have manually authorised your account so you should now be able to log on using your nominated Username and Password.
Sorry for the confusion, but Google are a pack of Nazis!

A quick bit of housekeeping..... Some activation e-mails were finding their way to the spam/junk e-mail sections. If you know of anyone who is having difficulty registering get them to check there. If it's another problem let one of the mods know
I tried logging in and it said the username didn't exist, so I clicked on activation email which it said had been sent but nothing arrived, checked the junk/spam files as well, so I tried to register again and that seemed to go OK but again I didn't receive an email. Eventually I tried logging in again using my old username and password and it worked, why it didn't the first time is a mystery. The problem some people might have is that they can't login or register and can't post their problems either, they'll be stuck in limbo, maybe the admins need to provide a contact email for a week or two. Glad to be here anyway, it's a nice site.
The smart thing to do is to get games into Menzel, Buckley, Graham and Bell if he's available to set those players up for next season, we could do that and still be picking competitive teams. We made the mistake with Yarran of not playing him enough in his first season then dropping him after one bad game in his second. Talented players are hard to find and we should make the most of the ones we've got.
