Sounds like not much opposition today, have they've run out of boost juice over at CheatsFC?

This is now the longest premiership drought in the history of the Carlton Football Club - more evidence of climate change?

In the old days, in pre-season we would play 1/2-a-game to get 10 goals up, then run out the country footballers and end up losing by 3! ;D

Paddy Dow's upper body strength has improved heaps. Stood right up in that tackle.

Side by side Big H is making Cripps look lightweight! :o

Given H's aggressive nature, it must be intimidating for defenders, a bit like a starving individual standing behind Sticks in the buffet line!

H hurt his ankle at the end, seemed minor, trodden on think. We seem to have hit the man and tackled a lot better than I have seen in the past.

Word is Harry injured his ankle. Finished most of the last quarter on the bench.

Thank you all for the updates :)  Terrific when you're blind to it all.

He wasn't limping when walking on the ground after the game.

Paddy Dow is a completely different body shape and his strength proved handy on several occasions.  It was a very welcome return to form and with some new tools in the kit.

It was good to see O'Brien and Stocker get a run, even if they were cameo appearances.  Stocker looks stronger than ever.

I reckon Jack Martin has the most relaxed and fluid goal kicking action.  It may not suit everyone but it would be good if some of our dodgier goal kickers could learn from him.  And, speaking of goal kicking, Harry's sports psychologist seems to have done a decent job with him.
“Why don’t you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don’t you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don’t you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?”  Oddball

Who did Essendon have in the middle?

Pretty much a full compliment - Heppell, Shiel, Smith, Merrett, Langford, Parrish all there at stages.  McGrath missed with concussion.
