Zac Fisher an early contender for worst hairdo.  Looks like a bonsai Sticks.
This is now the longest premiership drought in the history of the Carlton Football Club - more evidence of climate change?

A few of the new blokes were ok in that first qtr as did Paddy Dow.
If someone can keep those of us who are working updated it'll be appreciated. I can check a feed, but watching a video might be a bridge too far!

We're winning 33-19 early in the 2nd. We are pretty scrappy going forward, as you would be in one of these.

Nice burst out of the middle by Dow, and then a classy spot up by Murphy in the next play sequence to give Pittonet an easy goal.
The Ox is slow but I'm running out of patience.

3rd goal for the quarter finished off by Cunningham after a great string of link up play

Murphy's using it well at half forward.

Cunningham just goaled. 39-19.

Fisher (despite the hair) looking very sharp.

Fogarty also.

The CFC twitter page is not bad for this game. Seems to be updated quite regularly.

Cheers, I didn't think of Twitter I don't really use it.

Twitter is generally what I refer to as a "Short serve of sh1te!"

Yes, and just as I typed that, the Twitter updater team has stopped updating.

Up 40-37 at half time. 2nd half of that qtr was crap.

Like what I see of Saad and Williams.

Footage of Hurley hobbling around the boundary on crutches, looks like he is almost shot- reckon if he plays much footy this year it would be a miracle.

I never got an email, but I got a link sent to my phone via text.

Seen majority of it and we look like we havnt played a game in forever.

Dow did some nice things and then forgot he is playing afl and gets run down while jogging forward.....still needs to get the speed of the game!

Saad will be a good pickup, still learning his team mates though.

Down 44-40 - we have gone to sleep.

I have to say that a couple of the Essendon youngsters look pretty good.

But Fogarty looks like a winner too.....
