Not sure soccer is comparable.

The sport is dominated by a heavy fixture and the squad depth ain't there.

The similarity to the response to our form slump is marked, as is the similarity between Ange and Vossy’s post-loss comments 🙄

In EPL nobody is safe, whether you are a unpaid volunteer or the competitions highest paid player, if things turn bad you could be moving house!

The true fans love him.  Unless he has personality issues with other staff, generally speaking he will be safe.  The media every so often will turn out articles to create a story where one may not exist.

They love Ange ball.  Unai Emery's performances of late have highlighted how playing a high line (same premise as Ange) is worth persisting with.  Coaches over there are not immune to scrutiny, but the fans "falling out of love" with Ange is usually hyperbolic.
