I've been watching Ploughman very closely, that was his 6th, unforced error which has resulted in a goal.

Unfortunately, he lacks both skill, at least two easy passes missed their target, and can't think quickly under pressure.

Half a game of football doesn’t win matches. He could have made that ball go out of bounds and not have to lay a tackle which was too late to be effective. It’s called composure.
