Saw it on TV before work yesterday. Didn’t think he would make it that far.

Is this the show where folk marry someone they’ve never clapped eyes on?  Who did Daisy marry?
“Why don’t you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don’t you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don’t you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?”  Oddball

Then that seems like Daisy had an unfair advantage, he spent years at the Filth!

Didn't end up watching much of this, but one episode i saw was when they needed to stick their head in a box full of snakes, and shoot blow darts at a balloon.....being shocked with electricity both walking to and from the box. (not while they had their head in a box though.
(Yes, it is THAT kind of show)

Upon hearing the task, Daisy teared up as he has a severe phobia of snakes.

Everyone who was getting shocked was swearing and jumping about in pain....including Daisy in a previous task.
However, when it was Daisys turn to stick his head in with snakes, he went into 'professional mode'. He focussed fully on what needed to happen, faced his fears and absorbed the shocks with little more than a slight muscle spasm. So much so that they questioned if he was no longer being shocked. He put his head in the box, did what he had to do and went back to celebrate.

The shear will and determination of the bloke under extremely trying circumstances had to be commended. He won a lot of fans that day, and universal respect.
