Got told to do our move online by our local Telstra shop, lucky the online service was very good unlike Auspost who mucked up the mail Redirection....different person every time we rang to sort it out and they only want to do business by email.

I got a post office box to cover the time we're between houses and the mail redirection is included.  The staff at the post office couldn't have been more helpful.

I get an email whenever anything is delivered to the PO box and anything larger than a standard envelope is kept behind the counter, not jammed in like our dear old postie used to do.

There's a lot to be said for personal service these days; folk seem to be going out of their way to be helpful.
