Good win vs the Crows in terms of heart and passion but skills were ordinary and neither team looked top 8 material...

Im not sure that neither is top 8 material, even if neither makes it in the end.

It is a hard draw we have left...  Its good to get games into the some youngsters and have a real crack each game..

This is what we need though. No point being flat track bullies, we need to play the best to become the best. The learning curve for the kids will be enormous. We also get some players back and hopefully a settled structure. It will be tough but we'll also upset a few on the way I'm sure.

Make no mistake - that win last night will give the players a lot of self belief - and even MM some belief in the Group too!

The Crows have been in very good form winning 4 of their last five before last night..... comfortable beating the Pies - when did we last do that!?
Finals, then 4 in a row!

I think we might have just achieved winning 4 out of 5 matches.

Two years ago... Twice including a belting and a decimated team.
