Blah-Blah Bar / Re: CV and mad panic behaviour

I think there is a fair bit of hindsight going on, 3 Leos. At the time, we just didn't know. Worst case scenario seemed plausible and frightening.
Science and pollies were all on the back foot and unsure, and most were doing their best.
I don't recall any vaccine manufacturer claiming 100% safety; they spoke of the potential -- albeit low -- risk for some people, hence staying in surgeries/pharmacies for 15 minutes after the innoculation before leaving. But as troubling as it was to know, there was a low risk for some folks, as there is with every medication/vaccine.
In hindsight some pollies overreacted and some under-reacted. Few got it right - in hindsight.

Not really Baggers.   By the time the vaccines came around we had a much better view of the virus and its potential to cause harm.  The worst case scenario wasn't happening.  That much was obvious in health care.

Good start, poor finish
These type of games have a cumulative effect and we've played three tough ones in a row, 'undermanned', so it's not surprising we faded at the end.
A couple of players are short a gallop after returning from injury
We may be in a bit of strife next game. (Sydney in Sydney)

Melbourne on the other hand are having very good last quarters this year. I reckon their fitness levels are pretty high at present. It will be interesting to see if they can maintain that level.

(If a certain biased commentator makes an appearance and asks to walk around our rooms at any stage this year I hope we show him the door. That was just about his worst performance.) >:(

I would have liked us to bury them in the last, but they hung on and got the win.
I think Charlie should have gone short rather than long when he took that mark down back and just killed the game.
We are panicking with the footy still, this is something the coaches have to find a way to improve.

You'd think after the first 2 or 3 run downs Ollie would learn it's not a Sunday stroll, as good as I thought he was tonight being rundown is happening multiple times every game and it's costing us dearly. We are losing turnover opportunities to score easily and it keeps our opponents in the game.

I thought Elijah was good tonight, I'm not sure why we don't give him a bit more time around the stoppages he is calm and works well in traffic.
