The AFLW girls had their first practice match of the season today against St. Kilda down at Ikon Park.
Was St. Kildas first ever game in the competition today (albeit pre-season) and we handed them their first loss.....of which i'm sure there will be many. ;)

So we lost to North in the practice match. If the signs are right, we'll hand them a loss in the season 🤔

North opened with 5 unanswered goals apparently. Great effort by the girls to harness g & d and claw it back to an 11pt loss. Or was it 8pts? Either way, good signs.
