I suppose I'll still watch to see what Casey can do first game back, but I'm not confident now!

Likewise, too many VFL players in the team.
The only thing in this world worth more than a hill of beans is the Carlton Football Club.

Sumner replacing Daisy... yep, shows how decimated we are by injury. I would have thought Smedts to be a better proposition... c'est la vie.
Only our ruthless best, from Board to bootstudders will get us no. 17

Rowe and Silvagni won't be around for a Premiership tilt, Macredie might not make the grade.
Weitering is the pick of them, why ruin what could be a top class defensive unit?

Lets say we only get 2 more years out of each.

Lets look at what we had on our list (from the above list) 2 years ago.
Macreadie (19)
Marchbank (20)
Plowman (22)
Jones (26)
Rowe (29)
Silvagni (29)

We only had Jones and Rowe on our list 2 years ago.

So 2 years from now, who knows who else we'll have on our list so that we no longer require Weitering there.

Point is, for the next 2 years at least, we have an abundance of talent there without Weitering.
