Not sure Greene should get a week for that.

Hogan absolutely
Probably a week is about correct, if Toby had soften the impact by pushing Boyd in the chest then it wouldn't be a penalty. But the moment he turned his shoulder into Boyd's head it's only luck that stops it becoming a nasty incident.

btw., Shows just how poor the AFL was on the Maynard, who ended a players career and got away with it!

Hogan's a goose, deserves a week for a pissweak slap.

Moir's first goal was like he was a natural left footer, and the next goal, like he was a natural right footer. His defensive game is coming along well, also. Obviously a focus. Reckon we might see him a little sooner than some may expect.
Possible, but he's still pretty patchy over four quarters, a bit like Motlop has been.

I think while the team is strong there is absolutely no reason to rush guys in, I don't think we did Motlop or the team many favours playing him so early.

We need to be more like the Handbaggers, and have them cherry ripe for when they get the opportunity and having an impact rather than clinging to a spot by the bare minimums.

I think the Mirkov experiment is coming to an end but O’Keeffe is worth persevering with.  His last VFL game was very good and he can pinch hit as a key forward.

I wouldn’t be rushing Moir into the seniors but I’m sure he’ll be demanding a game before the season’s out.  He did OK in the pre-season games and should adjust to the tempo without too many problems.  He has been a bit wasteful with his kicking for goal so let’s hope he gets his radar aligned.

I'd keep my powder dry re the Mirk. Ticker surgery and before that goodness only knows how much the crook ticker was affecting his game. Let's see how he progresses.

Like Mr O'Keefe... coming along nicely.

The girls brought in a 8 point win against the highly regarded Port Melbourne (Richmond's VFLW partner). Top effort.

Yep it's a strange feeling.  Doesn't feel real but we can beat anyone.

We are in the window.  Its not a false dawn.  It's here people.  You need a bit of luck but as we get more players fit and firing towards the back end of the season will dictate how well we go and even then we could potentially still win it.

Anyone anywhere anytime.   #blueflaggers!!!

It is weird. It's been such a long time in the making. We've had many many embarrassing years. Yet slowly but surely, the dead wood was pruned and quality leaders were assembled and backed in.

This is definitely the new Blues
