We just don't give ourselves a chance, a couple of rank turnovers in the first few minutes and that's all she wrote.
The only thing in this world worth more than a hill of beans is the Carlton Football Club.

Yep, add in a few easy misses that other teams seem to nail, and we are 5 down

If we drop off like we have been lately we’re going to get smashed tonight. Already struggling to apply defensive pressure and kick straight. And running out 4 quarters hasn’t been our forte this year.

Playing as you would expect from a bunch of blokes that have had a horrible year, are mentally and spiritually shot, and can't wait for the season to end.

No real surprises to be honest.

Nope
This is a game where they should go flat out.
No worries about securing a draft position.
The opposition is a team that has nothing to play for.
This should be be a game where they set themselves up for 2019.
Very disappointing so far.
I expected much better.

2 late q1 setshots result in 2pts. If only.....
Weiters looking solid so far.
Coming together is the beginning.
Keeping together is progress.
Working together is success.

No forward system at all.

Can’t execute.

Defense has no clue.

Awful.

Yep exactly what I thought coming in.

Then I watched the first 5 mins and realized I’m kidding myself.

Not afl standard.

And it isn't as if they're close misses, we're missing by two or three metres.
Our skills can't be that bad, I think we've just forgotten how to win.

I think maybe some have underestimated how much of a toll this seasons has taken - lots of kids, lots of injuries, lots of hacks..............

We are in the very early stages of a long journey.

If we're in the very early stages of a long journey some of us wont be alive to see the end. >:(
This is at least three years in...and there is no guarantee we've reached the bottom
