4: SPS - me thinks there's a chance Juddy mightn't end up our best no 5 ever! Hit the scoreboard too - directly and with assists. Just wow.
2: Simpson - everyone else has already said it, legend of the AFL.
2: Murphy - worked his b... off.
2: E. Curnow - see Murph and negated Pendles.
2. Marchie (better game than his nomination game easily)
1: Levi (for that left foot snap alone  O0 )
1. C. Curnow - every week this kid grows, lot of good link up marking. On the verge....
1. Plowman - different role to Marchbank but another smart, composed player down back (thank f... for that).
Finals, then 4 in a row!

A little more ‘attack’ in the last quarter and this would have been ‘A’ or better. As it was, we put in and won. For the 3rd time this year nobody has picked us, and yet we have triumphed. Maybe the scribes had best start to update their thoughts about us.
The other thing that was good was the evenness of the performance.

Votes:
[2.5]   Marc Murphy
[2]   Ed Curnow
[2]   Sam Petrevski-Seton
[2]   Matthew Kreuzer
[1.5]   Kade Simpson
[1]   Sam Docherty
[1]   Marchbank
[0.5]   Sam Rowe
[0.5]   Charlie Curnow
[0.5]   Nick Graham
[0.5]   Alex Sivagni
[0.5]   Patrick Cripps
[0.5]   Daisy Thomas

Explanations:
[2.5]   Marc Murphy:   Another 30 possession game and very few mistakes
[2]   Ed Curnow:   Solid, dependable and in everything.
[2]   Sam Petrevski-Seton: Sammo ran out of gas in the last quarter, but his ability to move though the pack and hit targets was magnificent. We saw a sneak peak of the future and I like what I saw.
[2]   Matthew Kreuzer; Last week Kreuzer dominated the ruck for the first time in years. This week he was up against someone I consider one of the best rucks going around, who usually beats him. Not this week! Kreuzer’s efforts in the ruck went a long way to helping us win.
[1.5]   Kade Simpson:   Simmo’s run from defence and in the midfield was excellent. His opponents did not respect him enough and paid the price.
[1]   Sam Docherty:   Started slowly, but worked into the game well. Some of his contested marks were excellent.
[1]   Marchbank:   A solid game sprinkled with some great saving marks. Good stuff and probably a better game than last week.
[0.5]   Sam Rowe:   Solid and reliable in defence. Not a lot of the ball, but his man may as well have been insubstantial.
[0.5]   Charlie Curnow:   Another glimpse of the future as Charlie showed his athleticism and solid marking.
[0.5]   Nick Graham:   Not perhaps as much of the ball as you might expect, but Nick was in the play and did a fine job. He was dangerous and made the Collingwood defence work hard to get near him.
[0.5]   Alex Sivagni:   A bit quiet early, Alex again smothered his opponents and got the ball himself. Another great tackle resulted in a goal.
[0.5]   Patrick Cripps:   Solid in the middle with his tackling and his pressure.
[0.5]   Daisy Thomas:   Daisy’ best game this season with a couple of brilliant highlights.

Honourable Mentions:
Lachie Plowman:   Solid and dependable. Will get even better.
Bryce Gibbs:   Not as much of the ball as I thought he had when I checked the stats, but Gibbs played well and would have got votes in a ‘normal’ round.
Matthew Wright:   Almost another 4 goal performance, Wright was dangerous.
Levi Casboult:   Rucked quite well and kicked 2 excellent goals. Not as much of the ball, but he was slaughtered by the umpires.
Simon White:   Solid and reliable. Kept his man in starvation corner.
