What a star, and speaks as well as anybody in world sport, its all about her team, hard work and doing the little things well. So proud of her and Hannah Green and Sally Fitzgibbon today, we have a lot of female stars of world sport at the moment

Ash is the top seed for Wimbledon. How awesome would it be if she won ? Just wow.

How long is it since there’s been an Australian top seed?

Grass is arguably her best surface so she must have a red hot chance of taking this title.  Let’s hope so!

Women's or men's?

Sam stosur might have been seeded once upon a time after she won her us open.

Even so, she may not have been seeded 1 thanks to serena being top of her game then.

Great to see Ash off to a good start in the 1st set of her 2nd Rnd match at the US Open.

Barty is an anomaly, in that most champions have a real trick, some super skill used as a weapon that sets them apart. Watching Barty she has no real weakness but no major weapon either, just very good all round basics that let her leverage an opponents weakness.

Most of the girls have a huge drop-off on one side of their body or the other, or they have power without fitness, not Barty she has the full package.

If she can triumph on clay, she can win on anything....
Finals, then 4 in a row!

down a break in the second....she's only won 3 from 12 break point chances....

After a 1000 break point chances she got one just in time. 5-5 second set.

How many break and match points can Barty fk up. That last game was frustrating to watch. Tie-breaker now.

Won 6-2 7-6.

got the win.

39 unforced errors in 2 sets.

She won't beat anyone half decent unless she sorts that out.

Alot of $hit unforced errors on those 18 break point chances.
