RIP the Dancing Machine

Forget Adam Goodes' war dance
I've just discovered the greatest dancer of all time has recently passed away.

RIP Gene Gene.

Was thinking the same. Was that Ugly Dave Gray standing up there at one stage? I remember him from Blankety Blanks! :P
Ignorance is bliss.

It was the "GONG show" from back in the days :D

It was a talent show but featured regulars like "Gene Gene the dancing machine" and the "Unknown Comic" (who wore a paper bag on his head)

The host Chuck Barris was a bomber Thompson look alike/ act alike.. a very twitchy man
He claimed to have been a CIA hitman (33 hits)
There was a movie made about his life..."Confessions of a Dangerous mind".

Have look at some of the youtube clips. ;) :D
