McVeigh always gets leather poisoning against us. It is so frustrating, because he just isn't that good. But he kills us every damn time!
25 possessions before half time! No wonder I get angry!

20 in a quarter. Some of our blokes be lucky
To get that for the night.

20 is a record for any player in a quarter, in a finals game. Corey Enright had the next which is 17. Or was that Joel Corey ? What does it matter, it never should happen if the pressure is applied.

Inside 50s are almost level but the quality of their entries far outweighs ours. Unless we move the ball with more speed and precision they'll continue to eat us up.

Did those fkn prick water the ground? Surely not that much dew in Sydney?

I heard it was watered. Either last night or this morning. Stoopid idea if true. Grass doesn't take that fast and is too long to start with.

Ah well, same old same old.
Firstly, everyone needs to remember, despite the two comebacks in the last two weeks, we are not that good. That's why we finished NINTH.

Secondly, Mcguiness should not have got a game this week. He has done zero for two weeks and was a major passenger/embarrassment last week. Anyone, would have been better than him. Duigan, was a fluke last week. There were reasons why he didn't get a game all year, he's not fkn good enough at this level. Armfield kicked a goal. Yipee!!! on his own, plenty of space no pressure. Typical. He had a chance later in that quarter with two options, picks the worst option. Won't put his body on the line. Yarran and Garlett, another two who are  terrific, when they are on their own, but the Swans don't let them get on their own. Casboult, thus far completely useless except to give Robbie a rest from ruck duties. There are other problems to numerous to mention.

Thirdly, Mcveigh. It's no ones fault but Malthouses. How he has allowed that to happen, 20 possessions, is a fault that Mick has been accused of having for years. He won't make changes quickly enough.

NOW. Horse knows that his team is down a rotation. nd I bet he would have like a 6 goal buffer.

It will come down to this, in my opinion.

If we are fresh enough and put in like the last two weeks, we win because the Swans will tire. At least, that's what should happen.

However, the game won't win itself. Let Mcveigh continue to run amok, leave us without a forward line to kick to, just empty space, let every tackle slip through our arms, AND, not change the boots to at least attempt to stop the continuous slipping, and we can say it was lovely having the opportunity to play in finals, see you next year.

I've said it before Duigan was a surprise both times he came in as a defensive forward. Once the opp have a chance to do some home works he's useless. Move him back.
Excuses year 1, blame year 2, contract extention year 3........

Apart from the Sydney rain, most of the issues are due to last night's rugby game. The grass was put back where the stands were, and the turf there just isn't very stable, nor very dry. Maybe a third of the ground is not up to standard. It doesn't help us much.

Hannebury has had over 20 possessions as well. We simply have to stop these guys.
