You could easily argue the ball was in dispute when Cripps left the ground to spoil the ball and turned his body when he realised wasn't going to get there.

I don't care if his intentions was to save orphans from a burning building.....you can't escape that.

Not sure what the computer will say but the club should challenge it vigorously as a football collision - got nothing to lose if we do.
