I saw the piece on 360 as well by David King showing the zone defence fall apart against the Hawks as they chipped the ball sideways and around to maintain possession. Our players switched opponents as they tried to keep the zone intact but the Hawks picked it apart and it fell in a heap leaving Breust with an easy snap for goal.
Please leave the zone plan at the airport Bolts....

I'm not sure sacking the coach is going to achieve much.
We have a terrible list (apart from a handful of class youngsters and a few oldies).
Many of thr players are now totally bereft of confidence as the losses continue and we have injuries and poor form to players who should be forming part of the nucleus of the team (eg Weitering, Marchbank).
I say we stay the course with Bolton until next year and focus on getting the support staff right (ala Richmond) and of course improve the list.

The misses in the 3rd quarter sucked the energy out of us. SOJ was quiet in the 2nd half and had a few mates who disappeared in the 2nd half like O'Shea, Cunningham, Lamb. Ed was good all night and is now a consistently reliable performer and capped off a good night with a great goal. We are on the right track..just need an injection of a few class players and more games into the youngsters and we will get there.
