...but but but wasn't Trump going to save all the kiddies from the global pedo ring supposedly being run from the Vatican and housing the prisoners under the white house?  Wasn't that the MAGA line back in the day?

I'm a Festo man myself but Bosch for drivers/drills, use stationery machinery or corded for bigger jobs like prepping boards or decks. Most of the time I find hand tools plenty quick enough for most jobs. E.g fencing...a brace and good auger keeps smashing through Redgum posts long after all the batteries are kaputt.

Robert Heatley Stand / Re: Name your team for Opening Round
It's hardly the new year and far too early to be naming best 23s etc but the memes and ridicule have already started...any CFC supporter who shows the merest sign of optimism is instantly a lightning rod for a pile on.  I could, possibly tolerate it, but being on the receiving end of Norf, Tiggers, sniffers or Dees supporters is a bit much.
Voss wouldn't want a repeat of losing early to the Tiggers, that would initiate the usual crisis that ****s this club on about a three year cycle.
30+ years of crap, when is this ship going to turn around?
I'm with Kruddler - we lack critical depth and foresight for season's down the track and much of what we brought in isn't exactly A-grade clas.

Hearing you, bizzaro world selectors playing games again.

Farewell test for Usman when his entire series hasn't warranted selection.  The circus around the Perth test hasn't endeared himself to everyone.
Green underlines that an all-rounder needs to be test standard in both disciplines to justify selection...it might be 140 km/hr but too much trash and not enough wicket taking deliveries. Like a diet version of Watson.
Neser and Boland too similar for mind.
Smith and Marnus patchy all series.
And not investing in a spinner (captains call).  Not on.
Real missed opportunity to give someone else a go, amazed we won the series with so many passengers and non-contributors in the side.

Yep, let's continue to give poor old Usman a farewell summer, continue with no-rounder Green, play other bats out-of-position and expect Webster to work miracles as a change bowler.  Not impressed George.
Renshaw and McSweeney must be chafing behind the scenes, guess they're from the wrong state

My kids play a lot of games vs. sides stacked with kids with Indian and Sri Lankan backgrounds and the term "pushy parent" is very apt. I'd hate to be the coach of one of those kids, the parental interference would drive you dingbats.

No there was a lot of "poor pitch" comments from the pommie media, I agree with the comments above, our batting was putrid...we batted like millionaires.
Weatherald...poor shot, again.
Marnus is not batting well, but got a good one.
Head chopped on to a ball too tight to cut (did this multiple times)
Khawaja jumped in the air and poked at it instead of using his feet. Finished.
Green ran himself out (plain stupid).
Carey fell for a trap (also stupid).
Tail batted mindlessly.

Pommies batted like they couldn't wait to get on a plane home quick enough.
So a lot of poor mindset coupled with a soft pitch due to rubbish weather. Maybe 7 mm of grass would have been better.

I'd play Richardson (genuine pace) because I don't think Mahli Beardman is ready.  I like Perry and ONeill but they aren't express and I think we lack some real anxiety inducing pace.
Webster for Green. Enough.  Perform or get the sars.
Murphy is an outstanding spinner with a lot of tricks and deserves a go...sides are always stronger with solid spin options.  Rocchicoli is another possibility.

Khawaja's ability vs. spin is a myth.  Pathetic dismissal and takes the foot off the throat....then exposes Green who is playing like a bag of sh.. at the moment and must be dropped.  Caught off a half volley, seen enough, next.
