Simpson outstanding, no one else really deserves a vote, maybe Tuohy and Warnock at a pinch.
Big Levi had a crack as well.

Forwards got cold for lack of opportuniy and defence under constant pressure.  A few had a go but describing them as "best" is pushing it...  Murph, Simmo, Warnock, White probably best, SOJ, Docherty showed a bit.

GUN in the making. I wish we had 3 more like him in our youth group.

Yep, at least he was one real positive for us.

I'd make him dvc and give him the number 4 jumper next year.

Can't believe folk are going for Warnock.  Yes, he kicked a nice goal and hacked the ball forward a few times but Grundy and Witts flogged him in the ruck and around the ground.  Still, it's a big ask for one ruckman to take on two in form rucks.  I'm not a huge fan of Wood but he should have been elevated and brought into the team.

Simpson, Warnock and Murphy for me this week.

I agree and I'll throw in Bell who didnt get it a lot but showed some nous with some nice goal assists and was more composed than I have seen him...and in a game where you are flogged I am looking for improvement in players.

Murph played his guts out all night and got my vote.
Love Buckley. Simmo and Warnock played better than average.
Simon White deserves a mention. Best game in the Navy Blue under stacks of pressure.

Buckley - at least he had a crack
Warnock - 10 kicks this week! He is learning to get more involved and we are bettter off for it.
Everitt - got involved and had a go, still room for improvement.

I also like what I saw from Docherty in his 1st game, and Simon White went ok as well.

Opps, apologies to Simpson, probably our best on the night.

Murph, Casboult, Docherty.

And then I realised I missed Warnock.

Buckley - This kid plays like the world will end tomorrow, leaves nothing out on the ground.

Simpson - Didn't do enough early, but i thought he was better than Walker in defense, Tex scares me every time he goes to kick, heart in mouth stuff.

Everitt - Made some mistakes, but he wasn't the lone ranger on that front. 23 touches, 12 marks, 6 I50's and a goal. Did really well imo and never gave up. He's been a far better recruit than $700k has. Those are the sort of numbers that $700k should be getting, but $700k doesn't have to play well, its not like $700k has to play for a new contract, he's singed til the end of 2017 is $700k. Shouldn't have got that spud, should have kept the coin in the kitty, retired Judd at the end of the year, and tried to lure Dangerfield over for a mil a season over 5.

Simpson I thought was our best clearly.  Most heartening I thought was the effort of Docherty together with Bucks Jnr.  Next most heartening was the effort of those who tried their best but not up to the standard.  I thought Rowe and White did well given their limitations.

One had a CFC premiership player as a father and the other had a dog called Juddy when he drafted to another club... says it all really.

Simpson, Everitt and White for me.

Hard to find positives, Casboult marked well but his kicking and decision making remains a problem. Warnock tried hard out numbered, probably his second best game for the club. Most others just didn't do enough to get a mention. Might have given Buckley a vote but twice he burned team-mates with stupid long kicks, spending too much time with 1AW who is a serial offender in this matter.
