For four quarters Yarran, Gibbs a close second.

Gibbs.
Still want him gone at years end. He doesn't do it often enough.
When he plays well he's a superstar.....that equates to 3 maybe 4 games a year......other than that he's "just" serviceable.
That's what crapes me about him.

Gibbs easily IMO...faultless game and the best he has played for the club.......even though we lost I think Gibbs might have come of age the way he took ownership of the
big plays and did everything eh could to win the game...

Yarran was great but just that lack of a big tank took the edge of his game and I reckon Jamison was our third best the way he took Hawkins on and stopped the big baby plugger from exerting influence on the game..

Rowe showed some spine....towelled up by Hawkins but played a very good 2nd half and I reckon will get another deal fro next season.....his form has been good and its no disgrace to be beat
by Hawkins.

I went for Gibbs, Murphy and wait for it.........Walker. Thought he finally looked the goods coming out of defence after a shaky start.

Not only was it Gibbs' best game of football, it was arguably one of the best games I've seen from a non-Judd Carlton midfielder for years.

Jammo's second half.... Though the fawning syncophants were too busy swooning over Hawkins to recognize it.

I was considering giving him WOG votes. He stuffed up several kicks coming out of defense, how many dribbles did he kick?!

Thought there were a lot better than him.

In the end i went with Gibbs, Yarran and Daisy.

Daisy is showing everyone what i have been telling everyone since PS R1. Most of what he does out there is not seen because its the hard running, shepherding, defensive work and pure effort.

He is showing the team how to play desperation football and how to make the most of your opportunities. 3 goals, playing as a defensive forward who spent 20mins off the ground for concussion pretty much sums up everything nicely. Sacrifices himself, and his game to do the team things and finishes when given the opportunity.

Carazzo was good in close and whomever covered Johnson had a decent game.

No disgrace to be beaten by Hawkins when you're left one on one with absolutely NO HELP from your team mates...... that was inexcusable.
