Voting hasn't been a high priority for people of late. Our performances made it difficult. However, with two solid wins behind us, I hope we can turn out this week as well and have a lot of players deserving of votes.
Voting is as usual: you have 15 votes to award pretty much as you will, with the following provisos:
[1] 15 votes in total, no more, no less.
[2] No more than 10 votes for any one player (even Sam Walsh)
[3] Three players at least must get a mention.
[4] A grade for the game, A+ (what I want to see) to F-.

1: Newman...reliable bar one kick and he has been good since returning from injury
1: Stocker...tough opponent in Rohan who unusually kicked poorly but our man was up to the challenge.
1: Plowman...maligned.. but again sold the tall straw in Esava and held up well.

With our team as depleted as it is, Geelong should be embarrassed not to have eon by a lot more. However, our team was defensively excellent for the day. Our endeavour was good enough, but our skills were terrible. For most of the night we had more scoring shots.
Votes:
[3.5] Sam Walsh
[3.5] Jacob Weitering
[1.5] Adam Saad
[1.5] Lochie Plowman
[1] Jack Silvagni
[1] Jack Newnes
[1] Liam Stocker
[0.5] Ed Curnow
[0.5] Tom de Koning
[0.5] Nick Newman
[0.5] Tom Williamson
Explanations:
[3.5] Sam Walsh: BOG by some margin, he kept getting the ball and his 2 goals were massive.
[3.5] Jacob Weitering: When we were so undermanned, he took on Hawkins and kept him scoreless.
[1.5] Adam Saad: Very good in defence.
[1.5] Lochie Plowman: Did a great job keeping his opponent ineffective.
[1] Jack Silvagni: Tried really hard in the ruck but couldn’t be in two places at once.
[1] Jack Newnes: One of better games this season, Newnes was good and kept his opponent from being effective.
[1] Liam Stocker: Apart from a couple of terrible errors, Stocker was good in defence.
[0.5] Ed Curnow: Did a job well and got more ball this his opponents.
[0.5] Tom de Koning: Not strong enough yet but improving with every game. Really shows a lot and was robbed of Mark of the Day by moronic umpiring.
[0.5] Nick Newman: Apart from a couple of shocking turnovers, Newman was very good.
[0.5] Tom Williamson: Deserved a mention for the job he did in defence.
Honourable mentions:
Harry McKay: had he kicked straight, he could have been the difference, even with the way things went.
Patrick Cripps: Tried hard to lift the side. Could have got a few more frees as well.
Zac Williams: Actually, did a pretty good job. Almost vote-worthy and had much the better of his opponent.
