Now Aaron James seems like a rather unsavory character, however I just wonder about the latest report in the Herald Sun:
"Last week, James also pleaded guilty to cavorting with a naked woman behind beach boxes on the Mornington Peninsula.
Police caught James in his black jocks behind the beach boxes at Dromana on March 8.
The court heard a beachgoer spotted the former footballer rubbing a liquid from a green bottle onto a naked woman, who was on all fours in the sand.
He was later seen thrusting his hips at the woman while exposing his penis."
Ok, not great ;) but was the "naked woman behind beach boxes" also hauled before the courts and prosecuted......or was it just wrong place at the wrong time!!
The thing is that James was facing multiple serious charges and the Hun has chosen to focus on the salacious charge. It may well have been the woman's first brush with the law. If so, she would been cautioned.
