2013 Jim Park Medal for CSC's B & F July 07, 2013, 07:40:26 pm I won't bother transferring over all of the old posts. However, I will update the voting for last week's game shortly (although that may be tomorrow - my wife wants me to read stories to my girls).Suffice to say it was a lot more positive than this week's debacle will be. I have no idea how many people will vote. Quote Selected

Not a big spread in votes.Votes:Henderson, Lachie 385Simpson, Kade 269Judd, Chris 166Gibbs, Bryce 127Kreuzer, Matthew 101Walker, Andrew 20Cachia, Jarryd 17McLean, Brock 11Yarran, Chris 11Curnow, Edward 9To be honest, I can't think of a smaller spread of votes in recent times. However, with the Collingwood debacle to come that may change. Re: 2013 Jim Park Medal for CSC's B & F Reply #2 – July 11, 2013, 04:00:00 pm The change over really robbed of voting power this week, but I am sure that will change as more people find their way over to here.Mind you, the Collingwood game didn't give us much to wax lyrical about. It was our worst display of the year by some margin. The poor spread of votes demonstrates that few people thought there were many decent contributors.Votes:Judd, Chris 364Simpson, Kade 201Kreuzer, Matthew 195Lucas, Kane 170McLean, Brock 94Walker, Andrew 88Henderson, Lachie 50Tuohy, Zac 44Cachia, Jarryd 38Jamison, Michael 25Carrazzo, Andrew 25McInnes, Andrew 25Lucas garnered a few votes this week, even though he really had his moment. However, he got more ball than anyone else for us on the night.A year or 2 ago a 29 possession game by Judd would have been a match winning effort. Re: 2013 Jim Park Medal for CSC's B & F Reply #3 – July 11, 2013, 10:20:20 pm Thought Walks would coast to victory. Remember something similar happening in 2011 with Murphy actually so let's see if Walker can get things back on track (though I'm sure coaches are put more time into him now) Quote Selected

The club seems to be of the opinion that Judd will play any finals we play. I can understand why he may want to, but I'd much rather him be 100%. This season is not going to end well, no matter whether Judd plays or not. I'd rather have him have a perfect preseason and a great 2014, unlikely as a perfect preseason is.The way the votes are coming out suggests that Simmo could almost bridge the gap. Next weekend against Port will tell the tale. Quote Selected

It is his to win, if he can turn in the sort of effort required. However, Simmo will be hard to pass on his present form. Even hendo or AW can make up the gap, but their form has not been as good over the last few weeks. Quote Selected
