AFLW - Sarah Blacks Top 30

Miss AFLW Sarah Black has been doing her top 30 AFLW players on drip feed for a couple of weeks now.
Starting to get to the pointy end.

FWIW, Maddy Prespakis was ranked 23 last year, pretty sure she will make the top 10 this year.
Our new recruit Elise O'Dea was ranked 14th last year.....but did not make the cut this year. Talent pool has increased dramatically. No other Carlton players were on the list last year.

A sure sign the AFLW competition is getting stronger and stronger.

Down to 2......and i think its pretty safe to say that these 2 players have 3 of the last 4 league MVPs between them.
Erin Phillips with 2.
and last years winner, our own Maddy Prespakis.

Apparently it was leaked early that Prespakis was ranked No.1.
"Extremists on either side will always meet in the Middle!"

Erin Phillips kiboshed completely from the Top 30, she must have drove over Black's cat!

I didn't read the fine print......which may have been added today, but in any event....

The top 30 will be based on form shown in the 2020 season. As such, the unilateral decision has been made to have a three-2020-games requirement, seeing as there were six rounds of the season and one week of finals.

Erin Phillips played 2 games only.....and thus was not eligible.

They would have withheld that criteria to preserve interest...
