Missing the line breaking run and kicking of Docherty (and McGovern) throws a pretty big spanner in the plan of exiting our backline.

If you are Adelaide, you sit on Saad all night and thats just about us all out of options.

We might not get the hitout, but we get the ball from the clearance anyway......so why do we need 2 rucks?

If we get Sean Darcy then yeah Jack could be 2nd ruck. Currently TDK can't support a non ruckman and Pittonet never will.

So thankful we have TDK as our 2nd ruck. That height really came in handy on the goal line.
Pity we didn't get a set of brains with that package.

Dawson has the same number of possessions as Cripps, Hewett and Kennedy combined.

FYI, SIlvagni (4) has more clearances than Cripps (3) (and everybody else in a carlton jumper besides Cerra (5) Walsh (4))

Not bad for a non-ruckman. Maybe we should just play him as a midfielder?
Perhaps a midfielder that jumps at the ball as well....
