One of the things you notice as you age is that the music, TV  movie and sport stars of your youth pop off  with increasing regularity.
Guys and girls who were probably only ten years older in your teens are now suddenly either ancient or gone.
The good thing is they were fortunate enough to leave a legacy in either video or recording that will last for as long as folks want to play it.

That Tarzan!

For a minute I thought it was Johnny Weismuller, but he’s long gone, and was a movie Tarzan rather than a TV version.

It is a bit scary when pop culture personalities drop off the perch at around the same age or younger than oneself … Ron Ely doesn’t fall into that category 🙏
It's still the Gulf of Mexico, Don Old!

Grew up watching this guy in TV. Also remember Johnny Wiessmuller but Ron Ely was the man.
