I'm still not sure who came off for Martin, was it Pittonet? And does activation of the sub mean the player who came off is automatically ruled out for the next match?
I tried to do the same thing the other week, only for my Google calendar, alas no luck. Only yesterday I manually entered in rounds 1 to 9 as I didn't see another alternative.
You can wear a name tag all you like, but that doesn't require others to refer to you by it.
Guess that is true but if I met someone with a name tag they had chosen I would show courtesy/decency to refer to them by that name, not something that suited me as I am too lazy, confused or set in my ways to use the name/label they asked for/prefer.
I'd call it common human decency to call you John, or Dr John or whatever you prefer.
Darcy has, I think, has informed us very politely and without much fuss of their situation and I'll do my best to follow what they have asked. And yes, I'm bound to get it wrong at times.

This stuff makes no sense now. You can go to a brothel but not a gym, FFS fellas.

I read a pretty funny analogy about Sutton earlier. It said if he worked in the botanic gardens, he would run weed killer through the sprinkers to kill all the weeds. No regards for all the plants and lawns, but the weeds will be dead. This stuff makes no sense now. You can go to a brothel but not a gym, FFS fellas.
FYI both gyms and brothels are currently closed in metro Melb.
I can live with that. Medical sub won’t be Levi. I’d back Kennedy. Offers more versatility than the others. Newnes needs form, Honey needs consistency.
ABC show 'You can't ask that' this week featured AFL and NRL ex players. Well worth a look. Some tough Qs and very open and honest answers. Brock McClean was one of the ex players
Aztec records, a very important label as far as Aus releases (and re releases). They put out some great material, well worth a look for those of us that still buy records/CDs
Just read this ABC article - sad to say the least.
I can't remember specifically the way my mates and importantly myself acted at the time Robert Muir was playing but I know it would be very different to how it is now. I too must share some of the guilt of our past sins and hope that we are now better placed to respect and admire the wonderful contribution our indigenous players make to our game, community & country.
