Our dependence on Simmo, Cripps, Charlie, has really been highlighted today , so many don't deserve to pull on the jumper , no pride at all
Spot on

List management is sh1t at best.

The players we retain while de-listing others, and the recruiting of GWS recycled types, is not taking us forward!

Think about today's game when Levi extends his contract!

People laughed when I suggested we should trade Cripps and Charlie, but they are no help to us at the moment.

We need 6 or 8 good AFL level footballers, and that is the way to get them, opposition clubs will have to force players to come to us, and Cripps and Charlie are the only players with that sort of currency!

You're right, we laughed...lol.

We have good picks coming out of our @rse as it is. What would we do with the picks anyway, get good players, albeit with less ability than those two, then the coaching staff stuff them up. Maybe as well keep our stars then hope to build around them.

Yeah how about developing the talent we do have.

Commentators just saying how great a pick up Robbo was for  Brisbane - ffs.

Draft picks are at best 50/50, we can't afford 50/50.

Giving us draft picks is like giving a busted ar5e beggar a lottery ticket and telling him to enjoy the feast!

4 GWS players, 3 our prime targets have been ok, just the junk we had to take as steak knives for the cheap picks that are clogging up our list.

Drafting good, coaching and development crape!

Those things do not explain the lack of individual effort and pride, even if you are in a spud team you play with some pride, most of them have shown none!

They've been better than that, just poorly coached and developed. Go through them. Near all have shown something. Why haven't we gone further.

That's coaching. Not getting through to the players. crape game plans. Players do have to take responsibility for that aspect as well.
